WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
No, because telemedicine is an evolving science in Africa, you will have to pay out of pocket. However, you may want to discuss your intention with your HMO, to guide you appropriately. Remember, you are using this service because of your convenience which is not commonly considered by insurance providers.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?
No. We do not offer a financing option at the moment. You will have to pay for the services with your debit card.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?
Yes. Just at the click of a button, we are there for you.
WOULD I GET PRESCRIPTIONS?
We will forward a prescription to you that you can give to your pharmacist. We are still working with connecting some local pharmacist to our service that you can easily access.
